Yasin Gülpolat, a businessman from Aydın invited to the career days organized by Adnan Menderes University (ADÜ), shared his business journey that began by selling chocolates during his elementary school years. In his speech, Gülpolat emphasized the importance of motivation and effort, stating, “Destiny loves effort. Turkey is a country that even turns crises into opportunities. Yasin Gülpolat, the owner of Netkampüs, a company providing services in various sectors, primarily in education, indicated that the foundation of success lies in effort and motivation. Despite being only 38 years old, he is the owner of a significant business in his field throughout the country, instilling hope in many young people who are in despair. Referring indirectly to his challenging life story filled with struggles since elementary school, Gülpolat noted that he has reached his current position through motivation and perseverance, effectively broadening the horizons of youth at ADÜ’s 2024 Career Days.

Yasin Gülpolat expressed that he could not comprehend the hopelessness of today’s youth, emphasizing that measured anxiety brings motivation and success. He stated, “Everyone needs to clearly define their career plan and motivation. Although some may want to paint a pessimistic picture for our country, Turkey is a land of opportunities. I see you as very lucky because you have the potential to create opportunities even from the crises we face. Make sure to evaluate the opportunities that come your way in life very well. However, no matter what happens, maintain your reputation and motivation.”
