The E-License period begins at the Süleymanpaşa Municipality.

Suleymanpasa Municipality is launching the E-Permit service to adapt to the digital age and improve service quality. This innovative application will accelerate municipal transactions for citizens and enable them to carry out processes more efficiently.

With the E-Permit service, citizens will be able to check document registration, status, and tracking operations online without having to come to the municipality. Initially, processes such as archive unit, zoning status, road elevation, architectural pre-approval, and numbering document will be conducted through this system. E-Permit will work integrated with Suleymanpasa Municipality’s official website and will also be accessible through the e-government system. In addition, project owners will be informed about every stage of their processes via SMS.

The first phase of the transition to E-Permit starts on Friday, November 1.

With the E-Permit system planned to be implemented on Friday, November 1, significant savings in both time and cost are expected. Suleymanpasa Municipality aims to provide faster, quality, and accessible services to its citizens through this project. Digital transformation efforts aim to elevate the services in the city to a modern level.

Suleymanpasa Mayor Volkan Nallar stated in a related announcement, “The E-Permit service we initiated as part of our municipality’s digital transformation process will enable our citizens to conduct municipal transactions much faster and more easily. Through this project, we will achieve significant savings in terms of time and costs for both our municipality and our citizens.
