The education of Duzce will be implemented.

DÜZCE (İHA) – The Education of Düzce project initiated by the Düzce Provincial Directorate of National Education is continuing at full speed.
The Turkey Century Education Model is considered a fundamental right accessible to everyone throughout their lives. The Düzce Provincial Directorate of National Education, which believes that education and learning are important duties in the context of enhancing social security, reinforcing unity, and strongly maintaining the vision of the Republic of Turkey, has started the Education of Düzce efforts. As part of this initiative, a workshop titled ‘Journey to Self’ was conducted for the staff of the Provincial Directorate of National Education, in collaboration with the Düzce Guidance Research Center, led by the Director of the Guidance Research Center, Dilek Kar, aimed at increasing the psychological resilience of employees working within the Provincial Directorate of National Education.
In a statement from the Directorate of National Education, it was mentioned, “Our Directorate adopts the importance of such trainings to prevent burnout and loss of productivity, considering the psychological problems faced by employees under intense physical and mental burdens. In the workshop conducted by Dilek Kar, the Director of the Guidance Research Center, participants were supported in the processes of self-recognition and exploration. In addition to providing flexible and free learning environments in the field of education, the project aims to take a holistic approach to the mental, emotional, physical, and social development of individuals, contributing to the overall quality of life of our education staff and strengthening their commitment to their workplaces. As the Education of Düzce, we will continue to implement such projects by prioritizing the psychological health of our employees,” it was stated.
