Turgutlu Belediyespor Volleyball Team is moving forward full steam ahead.

The Turgutlu Municipality Women’s Volleyball Team and the Turgutlu Belediyespor Women’s Basketball Team continue to bring happiness in a row by finishing the week with victories in the matches they played at home. The Turgutlu Municipality Women’s Volleyball Team defeated Koçarlı Belediyespor 3-0, while the Turgutlu Belediyespor Women’s Basketball Team beat their opponent Fenerbahçe Development Team 75-60.

The Turgutlu Municipality Women’s Volleyball Team decided to feature the silhouette of Narin, who was brutally taken from life in Diyarbakır at the age of just 8, on their new season jerseys in order to keep her memory alive and not to forget her. The Turgutlu Municipality Women’s Volleyball Team, which first took to the field with meaningful jerseys at home, hosted Koçarlı Belediyespor Team in the 4th week match of the TVF Women’s 2nd League. The match ended with a score of 3-0 in favor of the Turgutlu Municipality Women’s Volleyball Team. Winning the match with set scores of 25-17, 25-21, and 25-19, the women’s volleyball team achieved their third victory in the league.

The red and black team, who took to the field with jerseys featuring Narin’s visual, received great appreciation from sports fans.

Significant victory at home for the Turgutlu Belediyespor Women’s Basketball Team

Lidya Garden City Turgutlu Belediyespor Women’s Basketball Team continued their fight by winning the match against Fenerbahçe Development Team with a score of 75-60 in the 6th week of the Turkish Women’s Basketball League. The Turgutlu Municipality Women’s Basketball Team finished the first half of the match held at the Yıldırım Beyazıt Sports Hall ahead with a score of 37-28. The host Turgutlu Belediyespor Basketball Team did not leave the superiority to the opposing team throughout the match and achieved an important victory by winning 75-60.

The red and black team succeeded in winning 5 out of 6 matches they played this season and rose to 2nd place in the league.

The Lidya Garden City Turgutlu Belediyespor Women’s Basketball Team, which displayed an outstanding performance from the first whistle of the match, had Dejah Monet Terrell as the star of the match. Dejah Monet Terrell scored 25 points and grabbed 14 rebounds, Ronahi Zilan Kıran scored 13 points and 6 rebounds, captain Yağmur Öztürk scored 11 points and 2 rebounds, and Fahriye Bayraktar scored 10 points, making them standout players of the team.
