A bicycle tour was organized in Muş as part of the project “Local Children Games Against Technology Addiction.”

The second event of the local children games project organized in Lale Valley against technology addiction was held. The event, organized by the General Directorate of Civil Society Relations of the Ministry of Interior and Muş Culture, Art, and Nature Association, aimed to prevent children from becoming dependent on technology and to increase their social interactions through traditional games. During the event, children enjoyed a pleasant bicycle tour with their families. Various children games were played during the event, which was accompanied by music. Participants were served treats such as cake, fruit juice, and chocolate wafers.

Ufuk Bayrak, the Chairman of the Board of the Muş Culture, Art, and Nature Association, emphasized the importance of children’s physical activities in interacting with nature and social environments in the fight against technology addiction, stating, “Today we organized the second event of our local children games project against technology addiction. We are in Lale Valley, and today’s event was a bicycle tour. Our project is supported by the General Directorate of Civil Society Relations of the Ministry of Interior. Our project consists of different activities. Today, we had a bicycle tour with our children and their families, had fun with music, and played children’s games. We distributed treats like cake, fruit juice, and chocolate wafers. Our activities will continue; we will carry out activities such as nature walks, historical site tours, workshops, conferences, exhibitions, and concerts.”

Ahmet Eray Kut, one of the children participating in the bicycle tour, stated, “Today, a beautiful bicycle event was held in Muş. With the bicycles provided to us, we rode instead of playing with computers or phones, away from technology. Various treats were also offered during the event. We are very happy about the organization of such events in Muş and we look forward to their continuation. We had a great time with friends. I am very glad that such events are organized more frequently in Muş.”
