District Governor Omurca bids farewell to Buharkent.

The District Governor of Buharkent, Cuma Omurca, who left his post in Buharkent with the Appointment Decree of Civil Administrators, bid farewell to the district at a dinner organized for him. In the farewell post shared on the district governorship’s social media account, Governor Omurca stated, “Buharkent has become my second home and second hometown.”

Governor Cuma Omurca, who left his position in Buharkent with the Appointment Decree of Civil Administrators, first paid farewell visits to public institutions and organizations, the mayor’s office, and citizens. He thanked public personnel for their dedicated work and the citizens for their interest, attention, and friendly approaches. A farewell dinner was organized for Governor Omurca. Speaking at the dinner hosted by Buharkent Municipality, Mayor Mehmet Erol wished Governor Omurca success in his professional life.

“I am leaving with very beautiful and special memories”
Governor Cuma Omurca shared the following message on the district governorship’s social media account as he bid farewell to the district: “Dear Buharkent residents; I am leaving Buharkent, a beautiful district of Aydın, where I have served as the District Governor for over a year since 05.10.2023. Throughout my term, I experienced the close interest, love, and respect of the people of Buharkent. We strived to be together with our citizens in the district, to share in their joys and sorrows, and to produce solutions, working diligently without compromising the fundamental principles that sustain our state. In all the services we provided, we aimed to show the warm and friendly face of my state and always made an effort to open our doors and hearts to everyone. During my tenure, I express my infinite love, respect, and gratitude to all the people of Buharkent for the interest and attention they have shown to our esteemed Governor Yakup Canbolat, our professional elders, our esteemed mayor, my valuable colleagues who work tirelessly for Buharkent day and night, our village heads, representatives of our political parties, civil society organizations, our veterans, and the families of our martyrs. Buharkent has become my second home and second hometown. I am leaving with very beautiful and special memories. However, this separation will be due to duty; our spiritual and heartfelt unity and ancient friendship will continue forever. I entrust you all to God. May God be your helper and aid.
