Connection roads in Sivas are getting hot asphalt.
Sivas Governor Yilmaz Simsek visited the town of Guneykaya in the Yıldızeli district. During the visit, Simsek was accompanied by the Secretary General of the Provincial Special Administration, Şakir Öner Öztürk, the President of the Provincial General Council, Mehmet Şarkışla, and the Yıldızeli District Governor, Altay Karadağ.
Sivas Governor Yılmaz Şimşek visited the Güneykaya Municipality in the Yıldızeli district.
During the visit, Şimşek was accompanied by the Secretary General of the Provincial Special Administration Şakir Öner Öztürk, the President of the Provincial General Assembly Mehmet Şarkışla, and the Yıldızeli District Governor Altay Karadağ.
Governor Şimşek made his first stop at the municipality, where he received information from Mayor Hüseyin Kırışkuzu about ongoing projects and wished him success in his efforts.
As part of the Güneykaya programs, Governor Şimşek also visited the family health center and conducted inspections. He gathered information from family doctors about health services and chatted with citizens who came to the center for services.
The next stop for Governor Şimşek was the Güneykaya Primary/Secondary School. While touring the classrooms and conversing with students, Şimşek paid close attention to their education and wished them a successful academic year.
Meeting with teachers in the teachers’ room, Governor Şimşek listened to the teachers’ requests.
The Çırçır – Güneykaya connection road is being rebuilt.
The 12-kilometer connection road between Çırçır and Güneykaya is being renovated by the Sivas Provincial Special Administration. Inspecting the hot asphalt road construction works on site, Şimşek received information from the Secretary General of the Sivas Provincial Special Administration, Şakir Öner Öztürk, and the Deputy Secretary General Burak Caner. Noting that the new road will provide citizens with more comfortable and higher quality transportation, Governor Şimşek stated, “The infrastructure works of the Sivas Provincial Special Administration continue uninterrupted. This year, our asphalt works throughout the province amount to approximately 190 kilometers. Of this, 12 kilometers have been completed on this route. We will continue these efforts. We will place greater emphasis on our work aimed at improving the living standards of our citizens living in villages and rural areas. Especially the improvement and quality enhancement of our group roads is important for us. I thank all my colleagues who contributed to this effort. May our road be beneficial.”
