The mobile application of the entrepreneur from Sökeli has achieved another success.
The “Atabeg Institutional Exam Mobile Application” developed at Aydın Adnan Menderes University (ADÜ) Technology Development Zone has attracted the attention of the capital markets after government institutions. The founder is Özgür Özsümer, a young entrepreneur from Sökeli.

The “Atabeg Institutional Exam Mobile Application” developed in the Aydın Adnan Menderes University (ADÜ) Technology Development Zone has attracted the attention of the capital markets following government institutions. Atabeg, founded by young entrepreneur Özgür Özsümer from Sökeli, stands out as a domestic and national application that helps public employees prepare for Promotion Exams (GYS) and Title Change Exams (UDS).
The application provides comprehensive content such as current regulations, audio narrations, screening tests, trial exams, and interview processes while enabling public personnel to prepare for promotion and title change exams. The application gathers exams aimed at various institutions like the Police, Gendarmerie, Religious Affairs, and the Ministry of Youth and Sports on a single platform, delivering special notifications and the latest developments regarding the exams to its users instantly.
So far, Atabeg has reached 30,000 civil servants and recently attracted attention by receiving a $150,000 investment from ICU Venture Capital Investment Trust. This development was also announced on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP). Özsümer stated that the investment is a significant step towards improving the application, saying, “Our goal is to gather all exams concerning public personnel in Turkey under one roof.”
“Artificial Intelligence Integration is Coming”
Özsümer indicated that with the capital support received, they will add artificial intelligence integrations, new exams, competitions, and online interactive innovations to the application. He emphasized that this aims to lead Atabeg’s users to success. Additionally, Özsümer mentioned that Atabeg contributes to the training of qualified personnel for government institutions, stating, “Our users genuinely learn their duties and authorities during their exam preparation processes.”
Özsümer expressed that Atabeg has achieved great success in a short time and thanked his team and all Atabeg users.
