President Görgel: “We will take Andırın to a much higher level.”

Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Fırat Görgel stated that they have resolved the long-awaited asphalt issue in the district center of Andırın and said, “With our works and planned investments, we will take Andırın to a much better point.”

By visiting different points of the city and identifying the needs and priorities of the settlements on the ground, Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Fırat Görgel conducted a series of visits and inspections in Andırın. First, he visited the AK Party Andırın District Organization and met with party members, then he visited tradespeople and citizens in the district center. Mayor Fırat Görgel and his accompanying delegation examined the investments implemented in the district on-site and received information about the current status.

Wishing our investments to be beneficial for Andırın

After the visits and inspections, Mayor Fırat Görgel made evaluations, saying, “Today, we visited Andırın, where we met with our fellow citizens and also inspected the ongoing works on-site. We are solving the long-standing asphalt problem in the district center that Andırın has been expecting for many years. We are transforming Government Street into Andırın’s prestige street with its lighting and pedestrian paths. We are starting a transformation around Kışla Garden and its vicinity. We will prepare our project, which includes the square, mosque, and social facilities, by the end of the year. We are also addressing the bus station issue of our district. We will start the construction of the new bus station shortly. We are building a service building that will house the units of our Metropolitan Municipality in our district. We will put our Advanced Biological Wastewater Treatment Plant, which we are realizing in cooperation with İLBANK and KASKİ, into operation next year. The construction of the 15 million Euro project is progressing rapidly. With our works and planned investments, we will take Andırın to a much better point. May our investments be beneficial for our district and our fellow citizens.”
