Children’s Festival: The little ones had a great time.

The Children’s Festival, organized in the districts as a back-to-school gift under the leadership of Samsun Metropolitan Municipality, started in Yakakent. The festival, which took place with the intense participation of children and families, was filled with joy and fun for the children.

Samsun Metropolitan Municipality meets both children and their families through programs organized with a social municipality understanding. On the one hand, the festival, which was held as a back-to-school gift, had its first stop in Yakakent. The Yakakent Children’s Festival, which witnessed vibrant moments with the active participation of children, featured many activities ranging from cotton candy to popcorn, various workshops, and traditional games.

They had a great time

Samsun Metropolitan Municipality does not forget the little hearts of the city. Frequently organizing various events for children, the metropolitan municipality is now holding a children’s festival in the districts. The first program of the Children’s Festival took place on Friday, September 13, at Yakakent Square. The Children’s Festival, organized in collaboration with the Samsun Provincial Directorate of National Education, the Samsun Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Policies, the Samsun Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, and Yakakent Municipality under the leadership of Samsun Metropolitan Municipality, provided endless entertainment for the children.

Children first participated in the activities at the established workshops and then played traditional games. The little ones enjoyed the festival on inflatable play groups. The clown show provided unforgettable moments for the children. The event also offered treats such as popcorn and cotton candy to the children.

The 2nd festival in Bafra

The second Children’s Festival, organized under the leadership of the Metropolitan Municipality, will take place on Saturday, September 14, and Sunday, September 15, at 15 July Democracy Square in Bafra. The third festival will be held on September 17 at Alaçam Square, the fourth on September 20 at Asarcık Square, the fifth on September 21 at Ladik Square, and the sixth on September 24 at Ayvacık City Stadium. The events will take place between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
