Key deliveries are starting in TOKİ housing.

The first two phases of the TOKİ housing projects in Eskişehir will begin to be delivered on Monday, September 9, as announced by the AK Party Eskişehir Provincial Chairman Gürhan Albayrak. He stated, “We will also deliver the third and fourth phases to the rightful owners before the end of the year.”

The TOKİ housing projects in the Vadişehir neighborhood of the Odunpazarı district are nearing completion. Speaking to the press at the site of the TOKİ housing, AK Party Eskişehir Provincial Chairman Gürhan Albayrak noted that the first two phases out of a total of four phases in the region have been completed and will be delivered to the rightful owners starting from September 9. Albayrak, who announced that the preparations for the third and fourth phases will also be completed by the end of the year, criticized the CHP Provincial Presidency and the municipalities regarding the urban transformation issue throughout Eskişehir.

Emphasizing that the ongoing third and fourth phases of the TOKİ housing will be completed and delivered to their owners as soon as possible, AK Party Eskişehir Provincial Chairman Gürhan Albayrak stated, “We visited here on June 27, 2024. At that time, we evaluated the process by receiving information from the authorized friends. If there are no setbacks, the TOKİ houses in our Vadişehir neighborhood, which we refer to as the second phase and the first phase, will meet our citizens starting from September 9. God willing, if there are no setbacks on Monday, we will deliver them to the residents of Eskişehir. I wish our housing owners and Eskişehir well. As you know, the construction of our TOKİ sites, consisting of four phases in the Vadişehir neighborhood, began in 2022. We have now completed the first and second phases. God willing, we will deliver the third and fourth phases to the rightful owners before the end of the year. The important point for us here is that, through our Ministry of Environment and Urbanization and TOKİ, we have brought thousands of houses to Eskişehir. Only a few of them are waiting to be delivered here now.”

“With these, we will have provided nearly 15,000 houses to the people of Eskişehir”

Stating that over 10,000 houses have been distributed to citizens along with those previously delivered, Albayrak said, “So far, the number of houses we have brought to Eskişehir through TOKİ is almost over 10,000. With these, we will hopefully provide nearly 15,000 houses to the people of Eskişehir, over 14,000. Therefore, we want to thank again our President, our Ministry of Urbanization, TOKİ, and all the friends who are contracting from here. I wish Eskişehir and our citizens well.”

“I want to ask how many houses the CHP has brought to Eskişehir in 25 years”

Criticizing the CHP Eskişehir Provincial Presidency and the mayors over the lack of urban transformation, AK Party Eskişehir Provincial Chairman Gürhan Albayrak used the following statements: “Those who couldn’t even build 24 apartments in 25 years, who are trying to increase that number to 60, should come here and see the greatness of art and craftsmanship. Really, everywhere is a house, everywhere is housing. And by the end of the year, we will have delivered 3,109 houses to the rightful owners. That’s why we are experiencing a separate happiness. But there is a reality. As long as there is a municipal understanding that continues with advertising and hospitality, we see that they will do nothing in terms of urban transformation in this city. They are trying to manage the process simply by advertising, hosting, and manipulating some things. But I want to address the mayors from here. They should come and see the TOKİ houses here. How is work done? How can results be achieved without making excuses? I also want to ask my counterpart a question. A clear question. I say this, Mr. Talat, how many houses has the CHP brought to Eskişehir in 25 years? The question is clear and straightforward. We hope to share this with the public as well.”
