In the 4th week of the Trendyol Super League, Adana Demirspor lost 5-1 at home to Galatasaray. Speaking to the press after the match, Galatasaray Board Member İbrahim Hatipoğlu said, “We won with a beautiful, different game. I congratulate both our team and Adana Demirspor. “1,905 TL for away tickets is too much”

Highlighting the ticket prices for the away stand, Hatipoğlu remarked, “I want to make a small complaint by drawing attention to the ticket prices. Today, the price set for our spectators was 1,905 lira. I think these amounts were too high for the away stand. I believe we need to act with a bit more common sense in this regard.”

“We were punished with two very easy penalties”

Speaking about the referee mistakes in the match where Galatasaray won 5-1, Hatipoğlu further stated: “We faced two very cheap penalties. Even if the match did not end this way, they were decisions that could lead to significant outcry. I think we were punished with two very easy penalties. The penalty we won in the last minutes, along with the red card coming through VAR, was an unfortunate moment for the referee. It was also thought-provoking that he did not see such a clear foul and awarded the red card with a VAR warning.”

Additionally, İbrahim Hatipoğlu mentioned that they are at the beginning of the league and that referees need to be more careful.
