The Urban Transformation Directorate of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change is auctioning off 747 various plots of land in 53 provinces across Turkey with advantageous conditions for potential investors. The 747 plots located in central points of 53 provinces will be available for sale with a 25% down payment and a 24-month installment plan. The ministry is offering a 20% discount for cash payments, providing an opportunity for those looking to invest. Online participation will also be available for the auctions scheduled for September 10-11-12, 2024, at 10:30 AM.

High demand for plots in Istanbul, Ankara, Adana, Muğla, and Mersin

In Istanbul, 71 various plots will be auctioned on September 12, in Ankara, 138 various plots on September 10, in Adana, 34 various plots on September 11, in Muğla, 41 various plots on September 11, and in Mersin, 76 various plots on September 12. The plots can be used for industrial investment, residential construction, or agriculture and are offered in different square meters at reasonable prices.

The auctions will take place on September 10-11-12 at 10:30 AM at the Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Conference Hall in Mustafa Kemal Neighborhood, Çankaya / Ankara, and the TOKİ Istanbul Service Building Conference Hall in Halkalı / Istanbul.
