Celebration programs were organized in the districts of Salihli, Kula, Alaşehir, Sarıgöl, and Selendi in Manisa due to the 102nd anniversary of the August 30 Victory Day.

In the Kula district of Manisa, a celebration program was held for the 102nd anniversary of August 30 Victory Day. After a wreath-laying ceremony at the Atatürk Monument, prayers were held at the district cemetery, and the Quran was recited. The program, which had a large turnout, concluded with the acceptance of congratulations at the District Governor’s office.

The 102nd anniversary of August 30 Victory Day, which declared to the world the determination and resolve of the Turkish nation for independence under the leadership of Commander-in-Chief Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, was celebrated with an official ceremony in Salihli district of Manisa. During the wreath-laying ceremony held in front of the Atatürk statue, wreaths were presented by District Governor Ali Güldoğan and Garrison Commander Transportation Major Arif Yıldızhan Gökhan. After a moment of silence and the reading of the National Anthem, the speech regarding the significance of the day was delivered by Garrison Commander Transportation Major Arif Yıldızhan Gökhan.

Celebration ceremonies for August 30 Victory Day were held in Alaşehir district of Manisa. During the ceremony held at the Republic and Democracy Square, a wreath was laid at the Atatürk monument, followed by a moment of silence and the reading of the National Anthem. During the ceremony, Infantry Major Semih Tokay delivered a speech indicating the significance and importance of the day, while Alaşehir District Governor Alper Faruk Güngör signed the martyrdom register.

After the wreath laying at the Atatürk monument located in the Devlet Bahçeli City Square by Selendi District Governor Mustafa İlker Kara and Selendi Mayor Murat Daban, there was a moment of silence, and the National Anthem was sung. The speech indicating the significance and importance of the day was delivered by Gendarmerie Sergeant Erdem Yılmazcan. After the students recited poems, District Governor Mustafa İlker Kara, Mayor Murat Daban, and Public Prosecutor Esra Kaya accepted congratulations in the city square, after which the program concluded.
