Schools in İnegöl are preparing for the new academic year.

Inegol Municipality has initiated cleaning and maintenance work in schools ahead of the 2024-25 academic year. While extensive cleaning is being carried out in school yards, grass is being mowed, trees are being pruned, and green areas are being maintained.

Inegol Municipality, which makes its presence felt in every area of the city and at every point where it is needed, continues its service mobilization with works that will contribute to the city and the people living in it, in addition to routine services. In this context, Inegol Municipality, which provides positive discrimination for youth and students, has launched a project aimed at schools before the new academic year.

The teams from the Inegol Municipality’s Cleaning Affairs Department and Parks and Gardens Department have started cleaning and green area maintenance work in school yards before the 2024-25 academic year. While the yards are being washed and cleaned, grass is being mowed and trees are being pruned. The school yards are being prepared for students ahead of the academic year, which will begin on September 9.

“Our youth are everything to us”

Inegol Mayor Alper Taban made a statement regarding the work, saying, “Our youth and students are everything to us. We are ready to do our best to ensure they receive education under the best conditions. We have started green area maintenance and cleaning works in the yards of our schools. Of course, we have many schools, and it is impossible to do them all at once. Our teams are working on a tight schedule. Green area maintenance and cleaning works are being carried out at our schools in turn. On this occasion, I wish the new academic year to be beneficial from now on.”
