This year, the Summer Sports Schools organized in collaboration with Nilüfer Municipality and Nilüfer Belediyespor Club offered many children the opportunity to spend their holiday engaging in sports and artistic activities. Over 7,500 students benefited from the summer schools, which continued until the end of August.

In order to help children make better use of their summer vacation, Nilüfer Municipality and Nilüfer Belediyespor Club initiated the Summer Sports Schools again this year with the break in education.

The Summer Sports Schools, which attracted great interest from students wanting to engage in sports during the holiday, started in June and ended on August 30.

In the Summer Sports Schools, training was provided in football, volleyball, basketball, swimming, tennis, gymnastics, and table tennis. Additionally, students who wished to participate also joined the full-day sports school program.

The full-day sports schools lasted for 3 weeks per term and were held every weekday. The sports schools focused on a single branch lasted for 2 weeks per term and were also conducted every weekday.

The training sessions took place at the Nilüfer Municipality Yüzüncüyıl Sports and Youth Center, Üçevler Sports Facility, Konak Olympic Swimming Pool Facilities, Çalı Indoor Swimming Pool, Beşevler Gymnastics Hall, Nilüfer Municipality Balat Chess House, and Altınşehir Youth Center.

In the full-day sports schools, participants received training in areas such as volleyball, basketball, football, tennis, table tennis, bocce, street games, swimming, basic gymnastics, modern dance, mind games, chess, drama, badminton, squash, handicrafts, and martial arts. A total of 435 students received training in the full-day sports schools that started on June 24 and lasted for 3 terms, with the final term completing on August 23. Children who completed their training were awarded certificates at the end of each training period.

In the Summer Sports Schools, students received training in volleyball, football, basketball, swimming, gymnastics, chess, and tennis. In the branch courses that started on June 24 and lasted for 5 terms, 7,103 students received training, with the final term ending on August 30. Children who completed their training celebrated their success with certificates at the end of each training period.

A total of 7,538 students participated in the Summer Sports Schools organized in 5 terms.
