The planning and evaluation meeting for the beginning of the 2024-2025 academic year was held under the chairmanship of Governor Dr. Kemal Kızılkaya. In the meeting, educational activities in Siirt were discussed comprehensively.
Governor Kemal Kızılkaya, in his speech at the meeting, conveyed his expectations and instructions to all authorities to increase success in education, solve problems, and make necessary plans quickly, efficiently, and effectively. He also emphasized the importance of the preparations made for the 2024-2025 academic year to pass in peace and security. Governor Kızılkaya stressed that no fees would be requested from parents under the name of donations during the school registration process, stating, “Education is the guarantee of our future. It is our common goal that our children have the best educational opportunities.”
Emphasizing the necessity of cooperation among all institutions to increase the quality of education and maximize student success, Governor Kızılkaya stated that the safety of children is an indispensable priority. He instructed educational administrators to show the necessary sensitivity regarding equality of opportunity in education, disciplined work, and school safety.
Governor Kızılkaya pointed out that school administrators carry a great duty and responsibility, saying, “Education is our first priority. Instead of focusing solely on academic success, we should create an environment that allows students to discover their individual talents. For this purpose, we must all work harder for a better future.”
The meeting was attended by provincial and district national education directors, branch managers, and school principals.
