In the Mother-Child Classes within the centers and parks, family bonds are strengthened. Great works are being accomplished in the workshops at the Başakşehir Women’s Activity Center (BAKMER). Every day of the week, expert instructors help youth prepare for exams in the centers. Talents are revealed through artistic branches that include violin, guitar, bağlama, ney, and theater. Başakşehir residents easily benefit from various clubs, including scouting courses.

Activities continue at full speed in the Necip Fazıl Kısakürek Culture Life Park, which is a favorite among children and youth. A new living space has been created, from its library with a capacity of 20,000 books to study rooms, and from its semi-olympic swimming pool to training in many branches. Additionally, the Özdemir Bayraktar Science, Culture, and Life Park, recently opened and named after one of the pioneers of our national technology movement, has been very well received by the residents of Başakşehir. This comprehensive center, which includes DENEYAP Workshops where children and youth who will illuminate the future of our country are raised, operates in many areas from gymnasiums to swimming pools, and from courses to various trainings.
