SAMSUN (IHA) – Veysel Bilen, Deputy Chairman of Samsunspor A.Ş., stated that they have made the last offer for Galatasaray’s midfielder Taylan Antalyalı and are waiting for Antalyalı’s response.

Samsunspor, which has received a two-transfer ban from FIFA, is officially allowed to make only one transfer this season. Taylan Antalyalı, who was loaned from Galatasaray last season, returned to the yellow-reds when his contract expired. Since he was part of the squad in the previous season, the Black Sea representative made the last offer to Antalyalı, whom they can transfer, and is now waiting for the player’s response.

Taylan Antalyalı expressed, ‘If I am going to play in Turkey, I will prefer Samsunspor.’ He is said to be in talks with a few clubs from abroad. If he comes, the door is open for Taylan Antalyalı under our conditions. He is a player we like, and we believe he will contribute to the team. If something goes wrong and the transfer does not happen, we have both our current players and young brothers raised from the academy. We will be in the fight until the end of the league. Players like Celil Yüksel and Muhammet Ali Özbaskıcı can play in that position,” he said.

Bilen also provided updates on Flavien Tait, Benito Raman, and Nanu Gomes, who have not been included in the squad this season. He stated that Benito Raman and Flavien Tait, who have received transfer offers and are in discussions with permission, prefer to stay at Samsunspor, while they are on standby for Nanu Gomes, saying, “Samsunspor is a very big community. No one is superior to Samsunspor, and no one is irreplaceable. We will continue our struggle with players who will work with their hearts, minds, and souls for the success of this team.
