Expert Investment Land Specialist Mehmet Çakır, who pointed out that land has been the most profitable investment in the past, emphasized that it will continue to be so in 2025. Stating that land investment is the most reliable investment tool, Çakır explained how to save money before entering land investment.

Those who want to evaluate their savings with investment tools have turned to land investment due to its higher returns compared to other investment vehicles. In the last decade, foreign currency investments have increased 12 to 15 times, while gold has increased 30.5 times. Those who turned to land investment, on the other hand, gained an average of 45 times in value, surpassing other investors. Çakır stated that if the land is qualified and valued in line with supply and demand, it can gain up to 200 times in value, and investors must take statistical data into account.

Çakır provided important advice to investors before land investment, saying, “The year 2025 will be a very interesting year for investors. As we have seen in previous years, land investment, which has been in first place, will continue to be in first place in 2025 as well.
