“We have made our name known in Turkey, now it’s Italy’s turn”

Sultangazi Mayor Abdurrahman Dursun congratulated the youth on their achievements at the championship in Sivas, stating, “We cannot be proud enough of our young people. Sultangazi has now made its name known in sports. We are very happy and proud of this. First, I would like to thank our technical team who have raised our youth. Then, I feel it is my duty to thank the families who have directed their children to sports and have always supported them. If you want to develop a city, you need to give importance to education, culture, art, and of course, sports. Since we took office, we have been working with all our might to reach the goal of making our city the Sultan City. We have opened new avenues for our youth to engage in sports and arts. It is very nice to see the fruits of our labor. We have made our name known in Turkey, now it’s Italy’s turn. I wish our athletes continued success.”
