The “Green Capsule” project, carried out by the Bursa Metropolitan Municipality’s subsidiary Agricultural Landscaping Inc., was launched with a ceremony held in Mihraplı Park.

The “Green Capsule” project, developed by Agricultural Landscaping Inc. of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality to provide information about innovative and sustainable agriculture, was launched with a ceremony at Mihraplı Park. The capsules, which provide visitors with a wealth of information about agriculture and ecological science in an interactive manner, will be open to citizens for visits for four months. Additionally, many students are expected to visit the project, which will provide an interactive learning environment with practical training.

“Participants will be able to grow their own plants”

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mustafa Bozbey said, “With the Green Capsule project, we will get informed about many innovative and ecological aspects, and we will learn how we can achieve higher yields in agriculture or how we can farm sustainably in our homes or gardens. This area will be available for approximately four months, and it will primarily be visited by our students. Of course, we want people of all ages to receive this education here. The Green Capsule project is a work that offers us an interactive learning environment that combines agricultural and ecological science. We are particularly doing this in containers so that it can be transported to various locations in Bursa. These containers are designed to appeal to participants of all ages and professions, and I want to emphasize that. While offering the people of Bursa an innovative agricultural, scientific, practical, and experiential learning experience, we are putting forward an understanding that is compatible with and supportive of our lifestyles. There are various greenhouses, scent walls, seed exhibitions, and areas where information is provided about the diversity of plants. While giving participants the chance to grow their own plants, various experiments will also be conducted here. It will provide us with an educational and equally interactive experience,” he stated.
