Bozbey moved the office to Mustafakemalpaşa

Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mustafa Bozbey’s project ‘President Bozbey Here’, which aims to identify problems on-site and produce quick solutions, as well as to manage Bursa with common sense, reached its third stop in Mustafakemalpaşa. Mayor Bozbey, who listened to the district residents together with municipal staff, stated, ‘Today is an important day in terms of seeing the services we have provided here on-site and following up on their sustainability. This project will continue permanently, and we will be in our districts every 15 days.’

Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mustafa Bozbey meets with citizens in different districts of the city every two weeks within the framework of the ‘President Bozbey Here’ project, listening to their requests and suggestions. Previously, Bozbey met with citizens in Büyükorhan and Keles districts, and this time he listened to the problems and requests of citizens in Mustafakemalpaşa. In a statement made during the program, Bozbey said, ‘We are in Mustafakemalpaşa as part of the ‘Bozbey Here’ project. First, we visited our mayor. We discussed the work done so far and the work to be done in the future. Our member of parliament and our party council member are also with us. Subsequently, we visited our district governor. After that, we visited two of our muhtar associations, and then we came to the square after visiting our agricultural chamber president. Now, we will listen to the problems and requests of the people of Mustafakemalpaşa. Within the framework of this project, we will listen to the problems of our citizens with our upper management and teams until the evening. Today is an important day in terms of seeing the services we have provided on-site and following up on their sustainability. This project will continue permanently; we will be in our districts every 15 days. At the same time, we will welcome our party leader at 6:30 PM. In this square, our party leader will visit our mayor, and then we will head towards Bursa.’

‘We Stand by Mustafakemalpaşa Farmers’

During his visit to Mustafakemalpaşa, Bozbey highlighted the problems faced by farmers, stating, ‘We have particularly observed that our farmers are in a very difficult situation. They are suffering from both prices and production yields. We immediately consulted with our friends on this matter. With the decision we made together, we communicated our demands to our friends to resolve the issue immediately for the farmers who are particularly selling or producing melons and watermelons and stating that their products are left in the fields. Our friends have already started their preparations. We will purchase the farmers’ products to prevent them from being thrown into the streets or garbage. We have always expressed that we are by their side in terms of support for the farmers. We have made it very clear that we will continue to be by their side through this action. The purchased melons and watermelons will also be delivered to those in need by our friends. The farmers’ products will not be left in the fields or thrown away. We need to ensure that our farmers continue to produce next year as well. In addition, we have projects prepared for farmers in this region. We will implement them very soon. We have shared our projects with our farmers and our agricultural chamber. We will distribute flat and round hoses for free by producing them. At the same time, our work on liquid fertilizers is ongoing. We will ensure their distribution soon. Bursa Metropolitan Municipality is demonstrating an understanding that supports and stands by the farmers.
