BSH Turkey has been connecting the younger generations with technology and technical opportunities through the Strategic Cooperation with Technical Schools (TOSİ) project since 2011. In the final stage held at the BSH Kartal Service Academy, students measured their knowledge while having fun in the Future Machine Doctors competition organized within the scope of TOSİ.
For the past 13 years, BSH Turkey has been bringing young generations together with technology and technical knowledge through the Strategic Cooperation with Technical Schools (TOSİ) project. By collaborating with vocational high schools and vocational training centers, the TOSİ project aims to support the professional development of young people and train them as competent and qualified workers in the industry through theoretical and practical training. So far, 17 technical laboratories have been established through TOSİ, reaching 9 technical high schools in 7 cities, and 381 students have had the opportunity to intern at BSH services. The Future Machine Doctors competition, organized for students studying in the field of white goods at schools, attracted great interest. In the final stage of the TOSİ project, held at the BSH Kartal Service Academy, students both had fun and measured their knowledge.
In the TOSİ Project Knowledge competition, students were asked questions on topics such as spare parts, working principles, assembly, and repair. The first two stages were conducted online, while the final stage took place face-to-face at the BSH Kartal Service Academy in Istanbul. In the final, students had the opportunity to showcase their knowledge through theoretical and practical competitions, and plaques and medals were awarded to the top students.
After the competition, students were taken on a tour of the Istanbul-Arnavutköy Service Logistics Warehouse, which operates as an intercontinental spare parts, accessories, cleaning & maintenance products, and logistics operation center for all BSH products produced in Turkey. Following this, students enjoyed their time visiting the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Digital Experience Museum.
