SANKO Holding became the main sponsor of the Turkish National Paralympic Committee

SANKO Holding has taken on the main sponsorship of the Turkish National Paralympic Committee to support our Paralympic athletes who successfully represent Turkey on the international stage. Before the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, the support it provides to our special athletes has been further advanced through this collaboration.

As one of Turkey’s leading industrial organizations, SANKO Holding has assumed the main sponsorship of the Turkish National Paralympic Committee (TMPK) with a protocol it signed. Having previously supported Para National Archer Yiğit Caner Aydın, who has won world championships in past years, as his individual sponsor, SANKO Holding has further strengthened its commitment to support special athletes by taking on the main sponsorship of the Turkish National Paralympic Committee.

With this support, SANKO aims to ensure development in the field of paralympic sports and to reach a wider audience, especially with the social impact of female Paralympic athletes.

“We are preparing for the Paralympic Games with more enthusiasm and strength because we have a large family that believes in us,” SANKO Holding will also support national para table tennis player Merve Cansu Demir, national para taekwondo athlete Seçil Er, national para athlete Aysel Önder, and national para shooter Çağla Baş, who will compete in the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, in addition to being the main sponsor of TMPK.

National athlete Aysel Önder, one of the Paralympic athletes supported by the Group, stated, “Having SANKO Holding by my side gives me great strength not only materially but also spiritually. Yiğit Caner Aydın, the world champion national para archer who has taken on the main sponsorship of SANKO Holding in the 100th year of the Republic, stated that this support is a collaboration that embodies the spirit of the Paralympic movement, saying, “I am an athlete who dreams of inspiring people through sports, changing the sports culture in our country to some extent, and demonstrating that sports can be a full-time profession to society.
