The second public beach of the metropolitan municipality at Konyaaltı Beach is now open.

The Antalya Metropolitan Municipality has added another beach to the EKDAĞ public beaches. After the Konyaaltı Variant, EKDAĞ opened its second beach within the Konyaaltı Port Public Beach.

EKDAĞ, which is one of the subsidiaries of the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality, has launched its second beach, EKDAĞ No. 3 Boğaçayı Beach, within the Konyaaltı Port Public Beach, initiated by the Mayor of the Metropolitan Municipality, Muhittin Böcek. This facility has become a popular destination for holidaymakers, offering a cafeteria area, a beach, a walking path, and changing rooms to its guests. The facility, which is a favorite beach for holidaymakers with its quality service and reasonable prices, also stands out with its cold beverages and delicious food.

Affordable prices, quality service
The cafeteria section has a rich menu with various toasts and sandwiches, along with cold drinks and coffee varieties. The facility has 150 sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as 30 double-bed cabanas. Along with EKDAĞ No. 3 Boğaçayı Beach, EKDAĞ No. 3 Konyaaltı Public Beach at the Konyaaltı Variant continues its operations. As in previous years, the Blue Flag beach is attracting a large number of local and foreign holidaymakers this season.

Citizens are satisfied
Ahmet Aydın, General Manager of EKDAĞ, stated that the Variant and Boğaçayı beaches have received intense interest from both citizens and tourists. Aydın emphasized that they attach great importance to cleanliness at the EKDAĞ beaches, which fly the Blue Flag, stating that with its affordable pricing, hygiene, and quality service, public satisfaction is high.

‘Number of facilities should be increased’
Atakan Er, who came to Antalya with his family from Bursa for a vacation, said that the beach and showers are very clean and also very practical. Er stated, “We visited other places as well, but we enjoyed this one the most. The staff is very good and helpful. The food is delicious and varied. The prices are much more reasonable compared to other beaches. We are happy to be here. Increasing the number of such facilities would make citizens even happier. I would like to thank the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality very much.”
