The launch of the projects completed during the 100-day service period in Arnavutköy was held.

The projects completed by Arnavutköy Municipality in 100 days were inaugurated with an enthusiastic program held at Karaburun Lighthouse Park.

The opening ceremony of the hundreds of projects completed by Arnavutköy Municipality in 100 days took place at Karaburun Lighthouse Park, which was completed within the scope of these projects. The grand opening program was attended by Arnavutköy Mayor Mustafa Candaroğlu, Arnavutköy District Governor Mahmut Hersanlıoğlu, AK Party Istanbul Deputy Şengül Karslı, veterans and relatives of martyrs, muhtars, and many citizens. Due to the beautiful weather, participants enjoyed themselves and took in the scenery. There were also lively moments during the İkilem concert included in the program.

“We have strived to produce projects quickly in many areas and we will continue to do so”

Speaking about the organized event, Arnavutköy Mayor Mustafa Candaroğlu said, “100 days, as shown in the video we just watched, was a period in which we managed to fit many projects. When we asked ourselves and our team what we understood from these 100 days, it was that it passed very quickly, of course. Everything is for us to live in a more beautiful Arnavutköy. Within these 100 days, there is no task that cannot be accomplished if you want and strive. Today we presented and launched our 100-day projects. We are carrying out the opening on a project we have completed. In Arnavutköy Karaburun Lighthouse Park, there is an area of about 8,000 square meters, which is our viewing terrace and a beautiful area where our citizens can spend their day. These are not the only projects we have done in Karaburun. The coastal arrangement of Karaburun and summer festivals are our ongoing daily festivities. We continue to serve in many areas in Karaburun, such as our aqua parks,” he stated.

Candaroğlu mentioned that they have produced rapid projects in many areas from infrastructure to superstructure, and from tourism to education in Arnavutköy, stating, “Today, we have many projects that we will implement in the remaining 57 months of our service period in Arnavutköy. We have also prepared our strategic plan for them. Hopefully, by the end of five years, in Arnavutköy, where we have already written the story we dream of, I hope to be together with our citizens, our precious employees, and our team. We attach great importance to ensuring that culture lives in Arnavutköy and that these environments, which are a means of unity and togetherness, are provided. Since we took office, we have organized many festivals up to this day, and our festivals are still ongoing. Soon, on July 28, we will organize a watermelon festival in Yeniköy Neighborhood. There will be many organizations that will ensure our citizens have fun and act in unity and togetherness,” he added.

“Wherever the AK Party is, there are beautiful works”

Metin Akdağ, one of the citizens attending the program, said, “The atmosphere is very nice, I thank our Mayor Mustafa Candaroğlu from here, and may God grant us to hold even more beautiful upcoming programs. This place is very beautiful, the viewing terrace is very beautiful.”

On the other hand, the area where the program was held, the viewing terrace, and Karaburun Lighthouse were also captured by drone from the air.
