At the Fatma Çelik Disabled Center, which was established by the Çayırova Municipality, individuals with disabilities are socializing and receiving rehabilitation through the education they receive.
Çayırova Municipality, which has signed many projects to facilitate the lives of individuals with disabilities in the district and recently opened the Fatma Çelik Disabled Center, continues to touch the lives of these individuals. The center, which opened its doors in March, has been shaping the lives of many individuals with disabilities and their families since then, and training continues at full speed. The Fatma Çelik Disabled Center includes a conference hall, sports hall, individual and group training rooms, empathy café, music room, painting and visual arts room, physical therapy room, parent training rooms, accommodation room, exhibition area, foyer area, technology education application room, a strategic research center for individuals with disabilities, and a special education school at first, second, and third levels. In this center, individuals with disabilities receiving group training are both socializing and rehabilitating.
As part of the year-round training programs, individuals with disabilities in group training are taking part in ceramic painting, wooden painting workshops, jewelry design, and playgroup classes under the guidance of expert educators. Through the training they receive, these individuals are socializing and rehabilitating, creating unforgettable memories with the works they produce here. The handmade products prepared by individuals with disabilities bring great joy to both themselves and their families. Additionally, the happiness of individuals with disabilities spending time in the playgroup is evident in their expressions.
