Sağlık-Sen has launched the ‘Ministry of Health Job Rotation Request Collection Platform’.

Health-Sen has launched the ‘Health-Sen Ministry of Health Job Exchange Request Collection Platform’ for 3+1 healthcare professionals working at the Ministry of Health to be able to exchange their positions. Health-Sen, which demands the abolition of the 3+1 employment model, which is among the most disadvantaged issues for healthcare professionals and public servants, and also requests the opening of mutual job exchanges during this process, has put forward a model proposal by establishing a platform. With the ‘Health-Sen Ministry of Health Job Exchange Request Collection Platform’ implemented by Health-Sen, the job exchange requests collected will be shared quickly and reliably with relevant ministries, especially the Presidency, allowing coordinated job exchange procedures. All 3+1 healthcare professionals working at the Ministry of Health, whether they are members of Health-Sen or not, will be able to benefit from this service. Providing information about the established platform, Health-Sen President Mahmut Faruk Doğan stated, ‘Our aim as Health-Sen is to solve the job exchange problem of contracted employees within the Ministry of Health, to activate the mutual job exchange regulation in the ‘Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel,’ and to ensure that the demands are transmitted to the decision-making authorities more quickly and reliably. Although only a few hours have passed since we announced the platform, we have received hundreds of applications. We do not engage in populism. We identify the problems correctly and provide realistic solutions without deceiving anyone or making misleading statements. This initiative is one of the most significant examples of this approach’.
