Commanders Seyf Polat of the Hamza Special Forces Division and Muhammed Cesim of the Suleyman Shah Division, both components of the Syrian National Army (SNA), visited the leader of the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP), Devlet Bahçeli. The President of the Syrian Turkmen Associations Federation, Tarık Sulo Cevizci, was also present during the visit. Syrian Turkmen visited the Nationalist Movement Party General Headquarters, where they met with Feti Yıldız, Deputy Chairman in charge of Legal and Election Affairs, Chief Advisor Eyüp Yıldız, and Vahit Kayrıcı, Member of Parliament for Çorum in the 21st and 28th terms. Seyf Polat, the commander of the Hamza Special Forces Division, stated regarding the visit that they visited the leader of all Turkmen and emphasized the importance of national work for the spiritual leader of all Turkmen and for the region to live in peace and security, inspiring the Nationalist Movement Party leader Devlet Bahçeli with great pride. They conveyed the greetings of Syrians and especially Turkmen to him and expressed their gratitude for his support to the Syrian cause. He emphasized the historical brotherhood between the Turkish and Syrian peoples. During the reception at the headquarters, Devlet Bahçeli discussed the concerns about the field and political situations, as well as the future of Syrian Turkmen. Listening to the expectations and problems of the Syrian Turkmen, Bahçeli presented his views and thoughts on the Syrian Turkmen to the delegation and expressed his appreciation for the struggle of the Turkmen. MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli expressed that the Turkish state and nation will continue to support the Syrian Turkmen as they did yesterday, today, and tomorrow. Additionally, Bahçeli underlined that MHP will always stand by the Turkmen and stated that the rightful causes of the Syrian Turkmen are part of the Turkish state and nation, and they will support the Syrian Turkmen under any circumstances.
