Artificial intelligence project that gives the impression of being human developed

Today, many of us seek help from the internet, which is known as an effective solution method for accessing information and is referred to as the communication network. Assistant Prof. Dr. Bilge Turp Gölbaşı stated, ‘When accessing information on the internet, we can find answers to what we are looking for from different websites as well as in text format.’ Istanbul Gelişim University (IGU) students, under the supervision of Assistant Prof. Dr. Bilge Turp Gölbaşı from the Faculty of Applied Sciences, developed an artificial intelligence project. Bilge Turp Gölbaşı mentioned, ‘It is possible to vocalize the answers we find on the website or application as long as the site or application supports it, and different types of solutions are available with interactive and visual animations. To serve this purpose, we developed an interactive artificial intelligence solution with a visualized interface with our university students.’
‘We used a speaker in the simulation that gives a live human impression both vocally and visually.’ Describing how the project development process progressed, Assistant Prof. Dr. Bilge Turp Gölbaşı stated, ‘The interactive artificial intelligence (AI) simulation planned as a student project at Istanbul Gelişim University aims to provide users with the most logical and correct answers to the questions they ask through software language integration. By adding voice command recognition feature to the simulation, we enabled it to provide correct answers vocally to users. The simulation understands the needs and responds with a human voice. Through artificial intelligence algorithms, the system produces the most suitable answer and delivers it to the user through a speaker that gives a live human impression both vocally and visually.’
‘The voice response feature saves time for the user.’ Bilge Turp Gölbaşı pointed out that in daily life, users of search engines have to search for answers among multiple pages, causing the process to lengthen, ‘This simulation saves time for the user with instant voice question and voice response feature. This not only increases user satisfaction but also contributes to the potential of technology to facilitate human life. Thus, users can engage in interactive communication verbally.’
