2024 YKS results have been announced.

The President of the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM), Prof. Dr. Bayram Ali Ersoy, announced that the 2024 Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS) results have been published on osym.gov.tr. President Ersoy stated at a press conference held at ÖSYM Presidency that the results of the 2024-YKS, which took place on 8-9 June, have been announced. Ersoy expressed his gratitude to the martyrs and veterans on the anniversary of the July 15 coup attempt. Ersoy emphasized that the exciting anticipation that started with the completion of YKS’s first phase has ended today, saying, ‘As ÖSYM, we are announcing the 2024-YKS results awaited by more than 3 million candidates. Ersoy congratulated the successful candidates who achieved this success with great patience and effort, stating, “Success cannot be achieved alone; I congratulate the parents who provide the greatest support to our champions, and the teachers who do not leave them alone and guide them throughout this process. I wish continued success to our candidates. I believe that they will complete the education process in the best way.”
Announcing the top scorers. Ersoy, who announced the winners in the exam where more than 3 million candidates competed, used the following statements: ‘Our first in the Basic Proficiency Test (TYT) is Süleyman Mete Genç from Özel Mersin Elit Koleji Fen Lisesi, Mersin. In the Field Proficiency Test (AYT), our top scorers are Berra Kuruş from Galatasaray University Galatasaray Lisesi, Istanbul in the equal weight field. In the numerical field, Arda Taşdemir from Cemil Meriç Fen Lisesi, Elazığ. In the verbal field, Fatih Emre Düzcan from Özel Rize Bahçeşehir Koleji Anadolu Lisesi, Rize.’ Ersoy also shared the winners of the Foreign Language Test (YDT), saying, ‘In German, Sevgi Kırmızıbekmez from Kabataş Erkek Lisesi. In Arabic, Yusuf Salih Orhan from Kartal Anadolu İmam Hatip Lisesi. In French, Yunus Emre Aydoğan from Çapa Fen Lisesi. In English, Mehmet Alp Güneş from Istanbul Atatürk Fen Lisesi. In Russian, Safiye Yaşar from Ayrancı Anadolu Lisesi.’
