The T200 Master Tennis Tournament, organized by Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Sports Inc., has concluded. A total of 204 athletes from 18 provinces participated in the T200 Masters Tennis Tournament held for the first time in Kayseri in 17 categories.
Thanks to the efforts and initiatives of President Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç, Kayseri, which was awarded the title of European City of Sports for 2024 by the Association of European Capitals and Cities of Sport (ACES Europe), continues to host national and international major sports events.
In this context, Kayseri, the 2024 European City of Sports, hosted the T200 Master Tennis Tournament. The tournament, held for the first time in Kayseri, with 204 athletes from 18 provinces participating in 17 categories, was marked by great excitement and competition.
The T200 Master Tennis Tournament, held at the tennis courts located within the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan National Garden, one of Turkey’s largest national gardens, concluded with matches full of excitement, friendship, and competition.
Following the completion of the T200 Master Tennis Tournament matches, an award ceremony was held. The awards were presented to the athletes who achieved success by Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Secretary General Hüseyin Beyhan, Kayseri Youth and Sports Provincial Director Ali İhsan Kabakcı, Sports Inc. Chairman of the Board Cenani Ayaydın, and Sports Inc. General Manager İbrahim Somtaş.
A total of 204 athletes from 18 provinces participated in the tournament across 17 categories, expressing their gratitude to Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality and Sports Inc., stating that they highly appreciated the tennis courts and considered such a facility as a significant asset for Kayseri.
