Criticism from Elazığspor Club to those who did not fulfill their promise of bonuses

Elazığspor Club has released a statement for individuals who promised bonuses but failed to pay their wages.

Elazığspor, competing in TFF 3rd League 2nd Group in the 2023-2024 season, secured their place in TFF 2nd League by defeating 52 Orduspor 3-0 in the final match. Elazığspor Club called out those who promised bonuses in the Play-Off and Final matches but did not fulfill their promises.

In their announcement, Elazığspor Club stated, ‘As known, our team, competing in TFF 3rd League 2nd Group in the 2023-2024 Football season, eliminated Efeler 09 SFK in the Play-Off semi-final and earned the right to play in the final, and then defeated 52 Orduspor FK 3-0 in the final to promote to TFF 2nd League. The prize money for the semi-final match against Efeler 09 SFK, totaling 2,062,500 TL for the technical staff and players, was paid before the final match against 52 Orduspor FK with the support of our board of directors and the mayor. As for the championship bonuses promised by our MPs and business people before and after the final match, a total of 3,745,000 TL in cash and checks has been collected and paid to the relevant individuals. It has been over 1.5 months since our championship. We kindly request business people who promised bonuses but have not yet made payments to do so by Friday. As Elazığspor Club, we assure the public that we will inform them transparently, as we have done before, and we will express our gratitude to the business people who fulfill their promises.’
