The U13 Women’s and Men’s Turkey Water Polo Championship held in Manisa has ended.

The competitions, which witnessed great competition and exciting moments, took place at the Ataturk Olympic Swimming Pool.
In the women’s final match, Galatasaray Sports Club became the Turkish Champion by defeating Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Sports Club 13-9. Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Sports Club finished second, while Nevsehir Municipality Sports Club took the third place.
In the men’s final match, ENKA Sports Club became the Turkish Champion by defeating Galatasaray Sports Club 10-2. Galatasaray Sports Club finished second, and Uludag Olympic Sports Club came in third.
In the women’s category, Ilgın Ayşegül Ongü from Nevsehir Municipality Sports Club was selected as the best goalkeeper, while Elif Erdoğan, also from the same club, became the top scorer. In the men’s category, Mehmet Paşa Gerçek from ENKA Sports Club was chosen as the best goalkeeper, and Arda Aslan from Galatasaray Sports Club became the top scorer.
A total of 360 athletes from 24 clubs competed in the championship for women and men held in Manisa from July 9-12, 2024.
During the ceremony, the teams were presented with medals and trophies by Cahit Sılay, Member of the Water Polo Federation Board, Mustafa Buldu, Director of Sports Services at Manisa Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate, Levent Tokay, Director of Yunusemre District Youth and Sports Directorate, and Kerim Kocabıyık, Director of Sports Branch at Manisa Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate.
