Erzurum beneficial model data released

TURKPATENT announced the distribution of Utility Model Application numbers by Provinces for the May 2024 period. From Erzurum, 3 utility model applications were made in May of this year, and a total of 7 applications were made in the first 5 months of the year. In terms of the high number of Provincial Utility Model applications, it ranked 2nd in the Region and 16th among the country’s provinces.

May Data
According to TURKPATENT data, in May, there were 3 applications from Erzurum, 3 from KUDAKA Statistical Region, 3 from Northeast Anatolia Statistical Region provinces, 8 from Eastern Anatolia Region provinces, and a total of 303 Utility Model applications in the country.

Data for the First 5 Months of the Year
In the first five months of 2024, there were 7 applications from Erzurum, 9 from KUDAKA Statistical Region, 9 from Northeast Anatolia Statistical Region provinces, 37 from Eastern Anatolia Region provinces, and a total of 1,113 Utility Model applications in the country.

Erzurum’s Share
According to the calculations made by DOSIAD based on TURKPATENT data, Erzurum accounted for 77.7% in the KUDAKA Region, 77.7% in the Northeast Anatolia Statistical Region, 18.91% in the Eastern Anatolia Region, and 0.62% in the country.

Distribution of Regional Provinces
During the period from January to May, 6 provinces from the Eastern Anatolia Region made utility model applications. According to the data, there were 7 applications from Erzurum, 4 from Malatya, 3 from Van, 2 from Erzincan, 19 from Elazig, and 2 from Tunceli.

The provinces with the highest number of utility model applications during the period were Istanbul, Ankara, Konya, Izmir, Bursa, Antalya, Sanliurfa, Samsun, Adana, Kayseri, Kocaeli, Denizli, Elazig, Mersin, Manisa, Gaziantep, Balikesir, Canakkale, Eskisehir, Isparta, Tekirdag, Diyarbakir, Nigde, Sivas, Kastamonu, Sakarya, Kutahya, Mugla, Erzurum, and Trabzon.
