Minister of Trade, Ömer Bolat, stated that they continue to provide cash support to cooperatives on a project basis within the Cooperative Support Program (KOOP-DES), mentioning that they can benefit from grant supports up to 400,000 lira for goods procurement, 60,000 lira for service procurement, 204,000 lira annually for employing one qualified personnel, and 408,000 lira annually for employing two personnel.
Minister Bolat announced that the second application period of the year within the scope of the Cooperative Support Program (KOOP-DES) has been opened for cooperative applications. Minister Bolat reiterated that they continue to provide cash support to cooperatives on a project basis, informing them that they can benefit from grant supports up to 400,000 lira for goods procurement, 60,000 lira for service procurement, 204,000 lira annually for employing one qualified personnel, and 408,000 lira annually for employing two personnel.
Minister Bolat used the following statements: ‘Good news! As the Ministry of Trade, we continue to provide cash support to our cooperatives on a project basis within our Cooperative Support Program (KOOP-DES). In this context, we have opened the second call period of 2024 for our cooperatives’ applications. Our cooperatives will be able to benefit from our grant supports up to 400,000 lira for goods procurement, 60,000 lira for service procurement, 204,000 lira annually for employing one qualified personnel, and 408,000 lira annually for employing two personnel. Project applications within the program open to all cooperatives within the jurisdiction of our Ministry of Trade and their umbrella organizations can be made to our Trade Provincial Directorates until July 31, 2024.’
