Registration continues for the free summer courses offered by Kayseri Vocational Training and Culture Inc. (KAYMEK), operating within the Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, covering academic, social, sports, artistic, vocational, and personal development. KAYMEK, which received over 10,000 applications during the summer period, has once again become the favorite of the citizens.

Described by the Mayor of Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, Dr. Memduh Buyukkilic, as the ‘pride and the 6th university of Kayseri’, Kayseri Vocational Training and Culture Inc. continues its vocational education, courses, and cultural arts activities uninterruptedly.

A total of 132 courses will be offered in 9 different facilities in the Art and Vocational Training Course Centers of KAYMEK during the 2024 Summer Term, including artistic, vocational, and personal development courses, with special courses for children being organized in 6 of these facilities. The courses, which will be opened in a total of 132 branches, 109 branches for adults and 23 branches for children, will start on July 1, 2024, and will be completed in different durations ranging from 2 to 4 months depending on the nature of the course. While registrations are ongoing for the Art and Vocational Training Course Centers, which have 3,226 quotas, applications are received via kaymenonline.com.

An 8-week special education will be provided in the Youth Centers of KAYMEK during the 2024 Summer Term, with courses organized for students’ academic, social, sports, artistic, and cultural development. Quran, Values Education, History Studies, Turkish Islamic Scholars, and Mind Games lessons will be offered to students aged 8-14 in 9 different facilities. Preparatory courses for LGS will be provided to students who have passed the 8th grade in 4 different facilities, and YKS Preparatory courses will be given to students who have passed the 12th grade or are high school graduates at the Specialty Youth Center. Lessons in all groups are planned to start on July 1 and end on August 24, lasting for 8 weeks. Registrations are ongoing for the Youth Centers, which have 1,970 quotas.

The District Social Life Centers will also organize courses for students and participants in 16 different facilities during the 2024 Summer Term, focusing on their academic, social, sports, artistic, and cultural development. Meanwhile, services continue to be provided to district residents in multipurpose halls, swimming pools, and fitness centers. Registrations are also ongoing for the District Social Life Centers, which have 2,500 quotas. Additionally, a total of 1000 course participants will continue their training activities throughout the summer in the ongoing Art and Vocational Education courses.

Citizens show great interest in KAYMEK courses as always, and with over 10,000 applications received during the summer period, KAYMEK has once again become the favorite of the citizens. In the completely free courses, citizens not only spend their summer effectively but also can improve themselves professionally.
