President Çolakbayrakdar: ‘Our workshop is operating like an industrial site’

Kocasinan Municipality Mayor Ahmet Çolakbayrakdar stated that the Machine Supply Maintenance and Repair Center functions like a large industrial site, saying, ‘By meeting the needs of the municipality in our workshops, we are making a significant contribution to the economy of our city and country.’ Highlighting the importance of the sections such as electricity, painting, carpentry, welding, lubrication, and motor within the Park and Gardens Directorate and the Machine Supply Maintenance and Repair Center under the municipality, Mayor Çolakbayrakdar mentioned that the maintenance center where many workshops are located together has made work faster, more quality, more efficient, and more economical. Emphasizing that the facility operates like a large industrial site, Mayor Çolakbayrakdar said, ‘We are working intensively to provide the best service to the residents of the Kocasinan region. Within this framework, we meet the needs of our municipality in our workshops. At the same time, we produce some products. Especially by providing employment here, we serve our country. We conduct maintenance of vehicles in our workshops with electricity, painting, carpentry, welding, washing, lubrication, and motor workshops. We perform periodic maintenance and repairs of tools and machinery. We repair and renew products such as benches, pergolas, and many more used in public areas in parks and gardens in our workshop. Additionally, we replace new waste containers, repair and repaint reusable waste containers in our workshop. Moreover, all stages from oil, brake, and transmission maintenance of vehicles, bodywork repairs, painting processes, engine renewal of faulty ones, to changing summer and winter tires are carried out in our facilities. In this way, we achieve significant savings and make a great contribution to the economy by meeting the needs of our municipality. I thank our workers who work diligently and meticulously.’ Mayor Çolakbayrakdar added that they will continue to increase their efforts to provide the best service to the people of Kayseri.
