Antalya Metropolitan Municipality ASAT General Directorate is strengthening its technical vehicle fleet to be more effective and responsive in 19 districts. The new water trucks and cesspool emptiers added to the technical vehicle fleet will be used in the districts. Antalya Metropolitan Municipality ASAT General Directorate continues to strengthen its vehicle fleet by putting into service 6 new water trucks and 2 cesspool emptiers equipped with high-capacity systems. The need for technical vehicles arising from the increase in population in the districts will be met with the new vehicles added to the fleet. With the addition of vehicles to be used for more effective and rapid interventions, the technical vehicle fleet has increased to 1119.
“We are strengthening our machinery fleet”. ASAT General Directorate Machine Maintenance and Repair Branch Manager Doğan Karagöz stated that they have increased the service standard of Antalya Metropolitan Municipality in 19 districts by strengthening their technical vehicle fleets with new vehicles. Karagöz said, “We continue to strengthen our institution’s vehicle fleet to provide the best service in all 19 districts of Antalya regardless of summer or winter. The population is constantly increasing, resulting in a natural increase in our subscriber numbers. We are experiencing a 35% increase in subscribers. Especially in the summer months, this density increases significantly with sea and plateau tourism. Accordingly, we are expanding our service area. We have put into service 6 water trucks to carry clean drinking water in these regions and to use in natural disasters and fires. In order to prevent and combat problems that may arise from the density in our sewage lines, we have also included 2 cesspool emptiers in our machinery fleet. With the addition of 8 new vehicles, we have increased our technical vehicle count to 1119. We will continue to provide the best service to Antalya 24/7 in international standards.”
