Taşkın: “We will put an end to the dust and smoke in the neighborhoods”

The hot asphalt laying works carried out by the Battalgazi Municipality in the Şehitfevzi Neighborhood have come to an end. Mayor Taşkın, who inspected the works on site, stated, ‘We have prevented the dust and soil here before the holiday. We will be present wherever needed.’ Battalgazi Municipality, accelerating road construction works throughout Battalgazi to provide comfortable transportation services to the residents of the district, is nearing the completion of the 4-kilometer hot asphalt laying works in the TOKİ region of Şehitfevzi Neighborhood. Battalgazi Mayor Bayram Taşkın, who inspected the works carried out by the Department of Public Works on site, used the words, ‘We have prevented the dust and soil here before the holiday. We will continue asphalt and road works in every neighborhood where needed without interruption to increase the road comfort of our fellow citizens.’
Stating that they are making a great effort to improve the transportation quality of the residents in central and rural neighborhoods, Battalgazi Mayor Bayram Taşkın said, ‘Our municipality is continuing asphalt works at full speed to improve the quality of life of our citizens and to create a more comfortable and modern infrastructure. We visited our colleagues by inspecting the site. My colleagues continue to serve our neighborhood under this sun without interruption. I thank them. We had a brief evaluation with both our muhtar and colleagues. Hopefully, we will complete the asphalt work in Şehitfevzi Neighborhood in a short time. We prevented the dust and soil here before the holiday. On the other hand, we have started work in Gelinciktepe. We will continue our work rapidly in the places where urgent needs exist in our neighborhoods without interruption. We will meet the asphalt needs of our waiting citizens in other neighborhoods soon. We will put an end to the dust and smoke in the neighborhoods. We will be constantly in the field. We will be at the service of our neighborhoods, Battalgazi.’
‘The grievances in our neighborhood have been eliminated.’ Expressing that their demands were quickly met, Şehitfevzi Neighborhood Headman Sami Cengil said, ‘Previously, we could not pass through the dust and soil. This grievance in our neighborhood has been eliminated. We thank the Department of Public Works teams of Battalgazi Municipality and our mayor for their sensitivity. Citizens will now be able to visit each other comfortably during the holiday. I thank them on behalf of our citizens for this.’
