Yunusemre Mayor Semih Balaban hosted the President of the Market Traders Association, Destan Bulgay, and his board. During the meeting held at Yunus Emre Culture Park’s İrfan Assembly, Mayor Balaban listened to the problems of the market tradesmen and stated that they are ready to work together to solve these issues.

The meeting was attended by Yunusemre Mayor Semih Balaban, Deputy Mayors, Council Members, Yunusemre Municipality’s Head of Inspectors Cengiz Şişmanlar, President of Manisa Fruit Vegetable and General Market Traders Craftsmen Chamber Destan Bulgay, and market tradesmen.

Speaking at the meeting where the problems of market tradesmen were discussed, Mayor Semih Balaban said, “If the municipality is managed with the participation of the public and relevant stakeholders, issues are resolved much more easily. If we try to handle things on our own, problems start to arise. This is a chance for both you and us, and we must make good use of this opportunity. We will establish a commission with relevant individuals to solve your problems. We will fulfill the promises we made before the election. Our only goal is to create a happy society in Yunusemre.”
