Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Conservatory Caucasian Folk Dance Group mesmerized the audience with a magnificent show depicting the migration of Caucasians to Anatolia with 60 folk dancers.

Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Conservatory Caucasian Folk Dance Group put on a spectacular program. The group, consisting of 60 folk dancers, portrayed the migration of Caucasians to Anatolia with a program titled ‘Migration of Caucasus’ at the Ozay Gonlum Hall of Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Nihat Zeybekci Congress and Culture Center. The magnificent show was attended by Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Bülent Nuri Çavuşoğlu, Secretary General Bülent Bozbaş, Assistant Secretary General Onur Yılmaz, Head of Culture and Social Affairs Department Mehmet Selçuk, invitees, and a large number of citizens. The Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Conservatory Caucasian Folk Dance Group, which also presented dances depicting the different cultures and lives of the Caucasus region, showcased Azeri, Georgian, and Circassian dances, as well as examples from the dances of Kars and Iğdır regions. The show directed by General Art Director Mehmet Kaya mesmerized the audience, with 60 folk dancers performing on stage, attracting great interest from the audience and providing an unforgettable night. The visual show presented by the dancers enchanted the guests. Mayor Bülent Nuri Çavuşoğlu, who attended the event, expressed that they had a very enjoyable evening together and thanked everyone who contributed.

Mayor Çavuşoğlu continued his speech as follows: ‘They tried to tell the story of a community that has faced difficulties in many aspects of life due to the lives they have lived, exiles, and persecutions, and they did it very successfully and beautifully. Thank you for your effort and dedication.’ Mayor Bülent Nuri Çavuşoğlu individually congratulated all the dancers and instructors invited to the stage in the finale, presented them with plaques, and the night ended with souvenir photos taken together.
