Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University (EBYÜ) Faculty of Medicine held a graduation ceremony for the graduates of the 2023-2024 academic year. 90 new doctors graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, which graduated its 11th term students. The graduation ceremony took place at the Erdoğan Büyükkasap Congress and Culture Center.

Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University (EBYÜ) Faculty of Medicine held a graduation ceremony for the graduates of the 2023-2024 academic year. A total of 90 new doctors received their diplomas from the Faculty of Medicine, which graduated its 11th term students. The graduation ceremony took place at the Erdoğan Büyükkasap Congress and Culture Center, and was attended by Erzincan Mayor Bekir Aksun, Erzincan Chief Public Prosecutor Dr. Ali Öztürk, Rector Prof. Dr. Akın Levent, Chief of Judicial Commission Halil Odabaş, Provincial Health Director Dr. Cihan Tekin, vice rectors, academic and administrative staff, as well as graduate students and their families. The 11th term graduation ceremony, which began with a moment of silence and the National Anthem, featured folk songs performed by Begüm Cemile Çalayer, a 3rd-year student at the Faculty of Medicine, which received high praise from the attendees. The ceremony continued with a speech by Serra Özayar, the top student representing the 11th term graduates, on behalf of all students and the faculty. Following this, Dean of the Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University Faculty of Medicine Prof. Dr. A. Mecit Kantarcı delivered a speech, highlighting the success of the faculty which has made significant progress in the field of education and healthcare services since its establishment in 2007. He emphasized the faculty’s commitment to providing quality education with expert faculty members and modern educational facilities. Rector Prof. Dr. Akın Levent expressed his joy, happiness, and pride in welcoming 90 young doctors into the healthcare workforce from the Faculty of Medicine, congratulating the graduates. The graduation ceremony continued with the presentation of diplomas and gifts to the graduating students. The program concluded with an oath ceremony, a group photo session for the graduates, and the traditional cap throwing.
