As part of the Mosques and Religious Officials Week, the Province Final of the Beautiful Adhan Recitation, Effective Sermon, and Hadith Competition was held in Muğla. Participants showcased their skills at the event held at Muğla Imam Hatip High School Tatbikat Mosque.

The competition commission, chaired by Muğla Provincial Mufti Yaşar Çapçı, included Menteşe District Mufti Dr. Ertuğrul Akın, Provincial Preacher Ahmet Gülten, District Preacher Muhammed Dağ, and Religious Services Specialist Abdullah Eren. The competition attracted great interest from both participants and spectators.

In the fiercely contested competition, the recitations of the adhan touched hearts, while the performances of the participants in the effective sermon competition received full marks. At the end of the competitions, Talha Rençber, the Imam of Okluk Millet Mosque in Marmaris, won the Adhan Recitation Competition. Muhammed İsmet Şen, the Imam of Merkez Mosque in Ortaca Okçular Mahallesi, became the first in the Effective Sermon Recitation Competition, earning the right to represent the province in the region.

In the Hadith Competition organized by the commission chaired by Muğla Provincial Mufti Deputy Sema Özbakış, including Religious Services Branch Manager Muhammed Yatgın, Menteşe District Mufti Office Branch Manager Hüseyin Kılıçarslan, Provincial Preacher Rukiye Avcı, and District Preacher Oktay Aksoy, Abdullah Kaya from Milas district ranked first and earned the right to represent Muğla in the region.

At the end of the competitions, cash prizes were awarded by the Turkey Diyanet Foundation Muğla Branch to the top three participants. Additionally, all religious officials who participated in the competition were presented with a set of works from the Presidency as a gift.
