Mayor of Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, Dr. Memduh Buyukkilic, inspected the infrastructure and road construction works in the residential area containing 750 parcels located in the Gunesli Neighborhood of Kocasinan District.

The infrastructure and road construction works are ongoing in the new residential area in Gunesli Neighborhood, which is offered for sale through tenders organized by the Metropolitan Municipality, providing the residents the opportunity to live in harmony with nature.

In this context, Mayor Buyukkilic examined the works on site and received information from the authorities. During his inspections, Buyukkilic was accompanied by the Secretary General of the Metropolitan Municipality, Huseyin Beyhan, Deputy Secretary Generals Hamdi Elcuman and Ali Hasdal, department heads, and representatives of the contractor.

During his examination of the works in the area where 750 parcels are opened for settlement in Gunesli Neighborhood, Mayor Buyukkilic stated, “As it will be remembered, we had made planning regarding vineyards and recreational areas in the Gunesli region and subsequently, sales were made within the legal framework to offer services to the residents of this region. We are pleased to see that our citizens have started construction here. In addition, we have completed the infrastructure works, canal and water works in this area. Half of the road works have been completed, and after the completion of the remaining part, asphalt works will also be implemented,” he said.

“Our Works Are Progressing Rapidly”
Buyukkilic thanked those involved in the works, saying, “Our aim is to provide an environment where people can live more economically, healthier, and safer both after the pandemic and earthquake, in a structured, planned environment in harmony with nature. Our works are progressing rapidly. I thank everyone involved in the process.”

I invite those who want to have a home here to meet our parcels that will be tendered in July.”
