As the Feast of Sacrifice approaches, preparations at the Animal Sales Market are in full swing. The preparations at the only sacrificial animal sales place in the city continue at full speed for the upcoming Feast of Sacrifice. Throughout the Feast of Sacrifice, all kinds of health problems of the animals will be taken care of at the animal market. Additionally, pregnancy checks of sacrificial female animals will be conducted at the market. Moreover, in order for the citizens to conduct their sacrificial shopping peacefully, the security and municipal officials will cooperate to prevent transactions with counterfeit money and disputes. Every precaution has been taken to facilitate money transfers through mobile banking by providing a free Wi-Fi network at the animal market. The Animal Market, which will be open from Tuesday, June 11th to Wednesday, June 18th, will also provide weighing services. The Sacrificial Commission announced the measures to be taken and the locations of sacrificial slaughterhouses for the upcoming Feast. The designated slaughter areas are as follows: Bayburt Municipality slaughterhouse, Vacant land on Dogan Street in Singah Neighborhood (Next to the Feed Factory), Koroglu Farm (on the road to Ispir), Murat Onal and Salih Altun’s dairy farm (Kayis Kiran location), Agriculture Settlement Animal Market, Animal farm owned by Hakan Keser (Kayis Kiran location), Dairy farm owned by Yasar Kucuk (on the way to the Prison), Muradiye Dormitory (Esentepe Neighborhood), Can Bayrak Farm (on the road to Caykara), Mandira owned by Hanefi Sansu (Opposite Police School on Bolu Street in Zahit Neighborhood). Except for these locations determined by the Sacrificial Commission, no other areas are permitted for slaughter.
