The exhibition prepared by the students of the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design at Kastamonu University received great interest from the guests. The end-of-year exhibition prepared by the students of the Ceramic and Glass Department of the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design at Kastamonu University met art enthusiasts at the Art Gallery located within the Central Library of Kastamonu University. In the exhibition, 72 works of art by 20 students were presented for admiration. The opening of the exhibition, coordinated by the Head of the Department of Ceramic and Glass Department at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Prof. Dr. Seyhan Yılmaz, was attended by the Governor of Kastamonu, Meftun Dallı, the Rector of Kastamonu University, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Topal, the Mufti of Kastamonu, Bekir Derin, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Atalan, as well as many academic and administrative staff and students. Speaking at the opening of the event, Prof. Dr. Seyhan Yılmaz expressed the excitement of presenting the works that the students have put forth throughout the year to art enthusiasts, thanking all the academics who supported the event and the guests who attended the opening. Governor Meftun Dallı emphasized the importance of the event, stating that such events where the students of the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design at Kastamonu University have the opportunity to showcase what they have accomplished contribute to the city’s culture. Emphasizing the importance of art and artists, Governor Dallı expressed his appreciation for the students’ efforts and thanked everyone involved in organizing the event. Following the opening speeches, the ribbon of the exhibition was cut. The audience examined the 72 pieces created by the students using various techniques and different themes. The works at the exhibition received great interest from art enthusiasts.
