Abandoned properties in Turgutlu are being put up for sale

Turgutlu Municipality June Council Meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Mayor of Turgutlu, Çetin Akın. A total of 14 items were discussed and resolved in the June council meeting, along with 1 additional agenda item. It was approved by majority vote to put up for auction 5 immovables owned by the municipality, which are in a idle state and have no economic return.

After the minutes of the May 2024 ordinary council meeting of Turgutlu Municipality were discussed and unanimously accepted, ‘Specialized Commissions’ were established and members were determined by unanimous vote.

Gülay Dönmez, Remzi Çizmeci, Kerim Armağancı, Mustafa Akkoç, Nevin Baş were unanimously elected to the Environment Health and Ecology Commission. Gülay Dönmez, Çağdan Erim, Murat Tekdemir, Faruk Yaşar, Nevin Baş were unanimously elected to the Disabled and Women’s Rights Commission. Hidayet Sayın, Faysal Teterbaş, Engin Demirdal, Erhan Diler, Abdülhalim Öter were unanimously elected to the City Economy and Civil Society Commission. Barış Erbaş, İlhami Bayram, Faysal Teterbaş, Erhan Diler, Fırat Kapucu were unanimously elected to the Traffic and Transportation Commission. Bilge Cebe, Hüseyin Maliz, Aydın Ercan, Mehmet Çağrı Yüksel, Fırat Kapucu were unanimously elected to the Law and Order Commission. Esin Küçükler, Çağdan Erim, Fırat Honaz, Hakan Yünlü, Ferhat Ülker were unanimously elected to the Education-Culture-Art-Youth and Sports Commission. Onur Bircan, Kerim Armağancı, Ali Rıza Kıran, Mustafa Akkoç, Ömer Baysan were unanimously elected to the Infrastructure-Housing-Urban Renewal Commission. Engin Demirdal, Murat Tekdemir, Remzi Çizmeci, Önder Solhan, Abdülhalim Öter were unanimously elected to the Agriculture and Livestock Commission. Onur Bircan, Fırat Honaz, Esin Küçükler, Hakan Yünlü, Ömer Baysan were unanimously elected to the Natural Disasters Research and Investigation Commission.

Permission was granted for the demolition of the school’s staff housing building.

In the council meeting, it was approved by majority vote to use municipal assets as collateral against the debts of the Personnel Corporation A.Ş., to sign the protocol for the demolition of the staff housing building of Hasan Ferdi Turgutlu Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School as requested by Turgutlu District National Education Directorate.

Immovables in idle state to be sold

It was approved by majority vote to put up for auction the immovables owned by the municipality, which are in an idle state and have no economic contribution. These immovables are as follows: 341.56 square meters in area, plot number 1 in parcel number 2511 of zone 5, land-registered as a plot of land, 216.25 square meters in area, plot number 2 in parcel number 2511 of zone 5, land-registered as a plot of land, 216.25 square meters in area, plot number 3 in parcel number 2511 of zone 5, land-registered as a plot of land, 216.25 square meters in area, plot number 4 in parcel number 2511 of zone 5, land-registered as a plot of land, and 216.25 square meters in area, plot number 5 in parcel number 2511 of zone 5, land-registered as a plot of land.

Fırat Honaz was elected as the principal member and Gülay Dönmez as the alternate member to the Aegean Municipalities Union unanimously in the council meeting, which ended after the wishes and aspirations section.
