“Structured and planned study should be preferred” Ps. Özcan, stating that preparing for the exam with a regular and time-spread study program will reduce anxiety, said, ‘Small and periodic revisions will reinforce learning and reduce stress levels. Foods such as protein, water, vegetables, and fruits have a balancing effect on anxiety. Consuming them regularly will support physical and mental health.’
